About Us
Interstate Glass Solutions is owned by Kevin Copeland and Larry Young. Specializing specifically in distribution of “Heavy Truck Glass”, the company began operations in January of 2024.
Kevin Copeland
Kevin Copeland, an Arkansas Native has been in the glass business for 24 years. He is married with one daughter. He enjoys the outdoors, travel volleyball, and spending time with his family.
Kevin started with Discount Auto Glass while he was still in college working in the warehouse and delivering glass. After college, he accepted a sales position with the company. Kevin, along with 2 partners purchased Discount Auto Glass in 2013 and specialized in sales and purchasing. He was an integral part of Discount Auto Glass' growth to a $20 million dollar regional company. Discount Auto Glass sold in December of 2022 to a national company.
After the sale, Kevin spent 1 year working for the new company and ultimately decided to begin Interstate Glass Solutions where he continues in sales and purchasing. Kevin's background in both the service and distribution of “Heavy Truck Glass” make him uniquely qualified to assist companies with their needs on all things related to glass.
Larry Young
Larry Young, also an Arkansas Native has been in the glass business for 22 years. He is married with 2 grown children and one granddaughter. He enjoys the outdoors, travel, cooking, and spending time with his family at the lake.
Larry began his glass with Discount Auto Glass when the owners asked him to leave his position as their banker and become a member of their sales force. Larry became a partner in Discount Auto Glass in 2013 and specialized in sales, opening new location and assisting troubled locations. Like Kevin, he was an integral part of the company’s growth into a $20 million dollar company and ultimate sale in December of 2022.
After the sale, Larry worked as a systems analyst for the buyer. He decided to partner with Kevin in Interstate Glass Solutions. Larry’s role in sales and the business side of the operation. Larry’s experience in the glass business allows him to assist customers with all of their glass needs.
